SS14 Schottky Diode (DO-214AC)

SS14 Schottky diode in DO-214AC (SMA) is the surface-mount version of 1N5819. With its low profile package, it is ideal for automated placement. SS14 features over-voltage protection with low power losses and high efficiency. SS14 is also know for its low forward voltage drop and high surge capability. These are commonly used in low voltage, high frequency inverters, freewheeling, DC/DC converters and polarity protection applications.
