Finding Shipping Cost:

Domestic Shipping (India):
We ship all our products through Courier (BLUEDART/DTDC/FEDEX) and SPEED-POST. The customer can select shipping method on checkout.If customer selected shipping service is not available for that particular location (Very rarely) ,we will use the best possible shipping method to fulfill the order. Depending upon the weight and Destination, the shop will automatically calculate shipping charges for different options and the customer can select accordingly. It takes normally 1-6 days to reach to any location in India.
International Shipping:
We normally use UPS Courrier for international orders which is reliable, fast and traceable shipping method.But we can ship through FEDEX/DHL as well ,if the customers desires so. Charges for this shipping methods start at 20 USD and it gets variations depending upon weight and destination. It takes normally 2-8 days to reach the Destination.
We can ship through EMS Speed-Post for small parcels so as to reduce the cost . It is very inexpensive . Charges for this shipping methods start at USD 5 and it gets variations depending upon weight and destination. It takes 5-20 days to reach destination depends on countries. All free Shipping items are shipped by this method.
Customs,Duties and Taxes:
You should expect to pay any amount charged by the government in your respective country. This includes, and is not limited to, Customs duties, taxes and any extra fees charged by the courier company. We will not hold responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped. If the customer refuses to pay these extra charges, the return shipping and any additional fees will be taken out of the cost of the order, with any remaining funds being refunded to the customer. Return Guidelines:
Once we confirmed the faulty item cannot be repairable by customer or by Remote Desktop (Team Viewer),we will issue the RMA Number,which you have to meantion clearly on Shipping boxes. Do not write anything on the merchandise packaging (Product package). Defective unused merchandise will be replaced within 2 days of receipt. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment.
Limits Of Responsibility:
We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical components.
