Description: This RFID Board is designed for reading the tag data from 125KHz compatible tags/cards. It reads EM4100 family transponder tags that are brought in proximity to the external antenna and outputs the unique tag identification number via TX pin or the Wiegand pins (as per SEL pin configuration). The 12 byte output includes ten bytes of actual tag's unique ID and checksum. Output format is totally compatible with that of EM-18 modules.

It works at a fixed factory set baud rate of 9600bps 8-N-1, which is supported by almost all microcontrollers & PCs. This RFID Reader Board can be connected directly to any TTL-compatible UART devices or to any serial communication devices with right interfacing modules. With this super small design, it can be widely applied in office/home security, personal identification, access control, inventory control, payment systems, production control systems, etc.

NOTE: External antenna and the berg strip is soldered on to the board. If you need them without soldering, kindly mention the same in comments while placing the order.
