This is a low cost SSOP or SOIC package (up to 16 pins) SMD breakout board to convert the SMD package to be breadboard compatible (standard 0.1" which is normally use in breadboards and donut boards). You can use it with the header pins so that the SMD parts can be fitted into breadboards or donut boards. One side of this custom PCB contain SOIC footprint while the other side has SSOP footprint and it is suitable for 8, 14 and 16 of SSOP/SOIC package.
