SMAJ15A 15V 400W Unidirectional TVS Diode

SMAJ15A is a 15V 400W, surface mount unidirectional transient voltage suppression diode. It features excellent clamping capability, glass passivated junction, low inductance, low profile package, built-in strain relief and fast response time of typically less than 1.0ps from 0Vs to VBR min. This SMAJ series transient voltage suppression diode is designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events.
