DRF7020D20 is one of most mature modules based on ADF7020 RFIC. It also adopts high efficient EDAC technology which makes communication link more robust. DRF7020D13, DRF7020D20 and DRF7020D27 modules use the same chip and data format so they can communicate with default settings. The different output powers of DRF7020Dxx series modules provide flexibility in communication range and BOM cost.
