Hi KMG

The default baud rate of zigbee is 9600bps

Of course you can change the baudrate using the command ATBD=parameter

AT Command: ATBD
Parameter Range:0 - 7 (standard rates)
0x80-0x1C200 (non-standard rates)
Parameter Configuration (bps)
0------------1200
1------------2400
2------------4800
3------------9600
4------------19200
5------------38400
6------------57600
7------------115200
Default Parameter Value:3

Eg: ATBD=4 (for 19200 bps)

Regards
Arjun

On one side if zigbee communicates with host at one baud rate then the paired zigbee can surely communicate with its host at some other baud rate or the same, but there is a limitation, If lot of data gets transmitted at a time i.e incase of continuous transmission with different baudrates at zigbee ends the data reception may not occur correctly,it may sometime result in error as the wireless protocol of zigbee is not very fast.So if you need a large amount of data to get transmitted continuously then better to maintain same baudrate for the zigbees...
