Send LLL to the module

Then send following commands

\r\nAT+MODE=1\r\n
\r\nAT+BSECMODE=1,1\r\n
\r\nAT+BDISCMODE=3,180\r\n

After send each commands module response OK

\r\nAT+INQ\r\n

After send this command if any devices found module response the profile id and names of that devices

\r\nAT+BPAIR=<Security Code>,<Profile ID>\r\n

\r\nAT+BPAIR=?\r\n check module is paired

\r\nAT+CON\r\n
If device connected module returns +CON:1

Hi there,
when i tried to configure blueLink module
It gives OK for commands like LLL & ===
but when i give other commands like \r\nAT+MODE=1\r\n
it replies with error,i gave it as it was mentioned in the above steps..
Iam studying its output on a PC with the help of a USB-TTL converter....

Hi Dhyan,

You may be giving it through a ASCII enabled Terminal like Hyperterminal available in windows,
as you are getting some reply in return hence all other settings( baudrate etc.) are correct
When you give \r it goes through terminal as two different ASCII characters i.e '\' & 'r'
hence it will not work
it should be given as a single ASCII character '\r' which corresponds to carriage return,
which can be given only through terminal windows like "Realterm".

You can download it free of cost!Simply search google!

Hi dhyan,

you can change it simply give \r\nAT+PIN=pincode\r\n
maximum length of pin code 16 digits..
you can even check the changed pin code..
\r\nAT+PIN=?\r\n
it will return with
OK
+PIN:<pin code>

You can change the baudrate
give
\r\nAT+BAUD=baudrate\r\n
by that you can communicate at different data rate ...

No,its actually not like that,
Its actually the rate at which host communicates with the Bluelink module,i.e its the baud rate of the UART communication between host and Bluelink module,by changing the baud rate we mean to change the speed at which we communicate with the Bluelink module not the wireless link.Wireless link is defined by the bluetooth protocol.
