I need a bluetooth adapter for atmega16 to recieve data from my laptop's bluetooth.

Which one should I use the Bluelink or Bluetooth Module (Serial TTL) ?

Also , why are they priced so high ,when an usb dongle costs only 250 ...
Is there a way to use usb dongle directly with atmega 16 ??

You can use any of the Bluetooth Modules.
But BlueLINK would be easier for interfacing since the other module needs extra interfacing circuitry.
USB Dongle is used for interfacing a device which already support USB communication. The Dongle needs its own driver software. If you can implement this driver in your ATMega (also ATMega works as USB host), the Dongle can be used.
The blueLINK module allows the user to configure its settings by means of AT commands. This commands can be send using the USART of the controller to the BlueLINK.
